Day 37.

It was over 80 degrees today! It doesn't get much better than that, for the first time it truly felt like spring and today was absolutely wonderful, ate lunch by the beach, went for a nice jog by the water after work and finished the day eating frozen yogurt outside. Perfect, today was perfect.

At lunch it was so nice to lay in the grass and feel the sun on my shoulders, because I knew I was having lunch outside I purposely wore a tank top, but in the air conditioned office I threw on an open front Express Cardigan.

Goodness, I love cargo pants, it's one of my favorite trends. Sometimes when I want to get away from wearing jeans everyday I prefer cargos, I'm not really in to trousers, so I like how cargo pants can still seem a little more dressed up, yet they're so unbelievably comfortable!

It's finally time to start dressing a little more Spring, but since it's been so cold out I've been stuck in my dark colored fall and winter clothes well today I finally broke away from that with a flowy maxi dress, but had my denim jacket to keep me warm; hardly needed it :)

Today was pretty great, I spent quality time at the fabric store and with my sewing machine, producing a new pair of boxer pajamas; that I think I love. And I also flew a kite down by the water with my sister. Yes, definitely a great day.

It was a gloomy morning once again, and while getting dressed I thought of how nice it would be to come home and do some yoga while it rained. Well it turned out to be a lovely, and instead of doing yoga I watched Dirty Dancing; no complaints.

I really like this shirt, it's comfortable and easy to wear, but sometimes I have some issues with it, because it cinches right under the boob area, and can sometimes make me look a little prego. The scarf comes in handy, because it makes me look a little more put together, and also covers that part of the bust in the front. Just seeing the side cinching actually makes me look leaner. ;)

I think I'm honestly having a love affair with this leather jacket, when Adrianne first gave it to me, I didn't think I'd really ever wear it, because I didn't think I could pull it off. Amazingly, I find myself reaching for it almost everyday, it's one of my favorite pieces! For the rest of my outfit, I just wore basic Bullhead skinny jeans tucked into my twelve dollar knee high riding boots I love so much!

Today was supposed to be cold and rainy, and all I could think about was wearing a big oversized sweater, well I only have so many, so I decided to raid my boyfriend Andrew's closet. Low and behold I found this extremely comfy BDG. cardigan.

Okay, so this is a fashion blog, so maybe I should start dressing a little more fashionably, but that wouldn't be me 24/7. I didn't event put this outfit on until 7pm, because I was in my pajamas/workout clothes all day. Woke up, relaxed, went for a run, had lunch, started a new book, took a nap, mani, pedi, read a magazine, didn't even take a shower til 6:30, wow! The only reason I even had to put on something was to run to the grocery store, so this was what I came up with.

Somedays I like to dress a little more rocker chic,hardcore (as my sister calls it). I can't get enough of pairing boots with a leather jacket, but to take a little edge off and still remain girly I added this sequin headband and rhinestone pocket tee to the look.

Scarves, they're so simple, but they can't make just about any outfit look better. I just wanted to wear something basic and comfy, and you can't go wrong with flats and skinny jeans. I added the scarf so I would look just a little more professional and no as scrubby at the office.

I apologize this didn't get posted yesterday, but it was a pretty crazy day. My sister bough me tickets to see Beauty and the Beast on Broadway in LA. We got up early and raced around trying to make it to the 1 o'clock show and didn't realize til we were walking up to the usher that we had tickets for the 6:30 show. Ended up walking around in this outfit all day which I paired with my $30 payless booties and threw on a basic black cardigan when I was chilly.

Today is totally unflattering, but that's okay some days aren't always about looking the best, some days you just need to enjoy yourself. I just got finished playing kickball in the park for three hours with great friends; so far today has been perfect I couldn't ask for more. Today was full of some crazy event sometimes it seems silly to be so focused on your outfit when so many more significant and terrible things are happening in the world. For the rest of the evening I'll just be hanging out watching television so an old baggy hoodie and ripped jeans are perfect.
