Day 201.

WOOHOO!! TWO HUNDRED DAYS!! I didn't think about this when I got dressed this morning, so I didn't do something super crazy for today, but I still really like this outfit. It's perfect for a casual Friday! I chose to wear flare jeans today instead of skinnies, because I felt like they made my legs look a little longer!

Day 200.

Today I was channeling my inner equestrian! I love this look for fall, the colors in the blazer are perfect for the season, and you know I'm going to be wearing these boots almost everyday! I just got this blazer to add to my fall wardrobe, and one of my favorite things about it is the elbow patches. It's perfect for the grandma/grandpa chic vibe I like to go for sometimes. Truthfully though, this outfit really reminds me Troian Bellisario's character on Pretty Little Liars, I feel like this is a style she would sport.

I love the red threads mixed in!

Day 199.

Simply changing your pants, can change your whole look. This is an outfit you've seen with denim a few times. The sweater is pretty casual, but by changing out my skinnies for a pair of olive green ankle cropped pants, my look got much more sophisticated. Overall it's still a very simple ensemble, but now I look more mature and professional..I think ;)

Day 198.

The outfit is relatively simple, let me tell you a funny story about this necklace. I ordered this necklace on eBay for fourteen dollars, a couple days later I met with Salvador and he kindly gave me this same necklace in silver!! I couldn't believe it, how stinking generous, and what are the odds! Moral of the story it is now my absolutely favorite accessory, or more so, they are absolutely my favorite accessories!!

Did some slight research; this necklace is a Marc by Marc Jacobs special item sold exclusively in stores, for only seven dollars. AMAZING, if you have a store near you, go get one!

Fun tidbit, entered a Teen Vogue photo contest about a month ago, didn't win, but never really thought much more about it. Well anyways, when I submitted my photo they said the first however many applicants got a free gift from Coach; once again, never thought much about it. Low and behold, here is my free Poppy by Coach mini fragrance, YAY! Who doesn't love free stuff :D

Day 197.

Yes, this is definitely an interesting choice, but strangely enough, I love it. This is my idea of grandma chic, the big chunky sweater, soft colored florals, oxford shoes, and a nice big pendant. Channeling my seventy year old self. I thought of this outfit last night, put it on this morning, and really liked the way it fell together. I had the hardest time with the shoes; I think it would have looked better with some sort of heel, maybe even a boot with a heel, but I didn't have anything that matched quite right. It's hard to get the overall effect of the outfit, without a full shot, I apologize, my photographers were MIA today.

Day 196.

Today I had a couple of errands to run, but it was supposed to be my day to relax, clean and catch up on everything; work, homework, etc. I woke up early this morning, started cleaning and doing laundry immediately, and thought I was off to a good start. Well, as usual, life gets in the way, one thing lead to another, and I had a million unscheduled things to do. This putting all my planned activities wayyy behind schedule! You'd think I'd be used to this by now, hah but not quite. Who knows maybe this'll be my first all nighter as a college student!
I just got this sweater on a great deal! It was marked down at Banana Republic, and was an additional 40% off, I got this ninety dollar sweater for a whopping thirty-five. Awesome!! I really love it, because I envisioned it comfy, cozy in the fall with some knee high boots and a cute satchel. It was also nice on a not so cold day, because it's loosely knit in the back, leaving it breezy!

I also bought the sweater TWO sizes TOO big, for the perfect look; will also look great with leggings!

Day 195.

I got the inspiration to wear today's menswear inspired look from 'The Office.' The NBC show premiered last night, and one of the characters was wearing the perfect cardigan and dress shirt combination, and I really want to style my own take on it. I opted out of the necktie though, and went with this Marc by Marc Jacobs wishbone necklace which was generously given to me as a gift by Salvador Camarena. I'm obsessed, it may be my new favorite accessory!

Day 194.

I really like this outfit, because it can sort of go for a summer or a fall feel. The top and scarf are new, which I bought for fall, but I was headed to Hollywood today, and knew it would be hot, so I made the look a little more summery with cuffed jeans and flats!
Today I had the honor of meeting Wardrobe Stylist Salvador Camarena, and it was so refreshing to talk to someone in the fashion industry, that could be so inspiring, simply by talking about their personal inspiration. He continuously told me to stay to true to myself and that's such an awesome thing to hear from someone who works in a position where everything is based on the latest trends, and 'what's hot' right now. Please check out his blog Fashion Salvation , to see some of the work he's done!

Day 193.

Just one new accessory can completely change an entire outfit. I've worn this shirt dozens of times, and I love it, but it seemed like it was time to change it up. I recently bought this scarf to update my wardrobe for fall, for only $6.50, which is insane!!! I liked the mustard yellow with this dark navy color, and paired it with some booties I haven't worn in a while. I'll admit I think this outfit would look a little better, with brown knee high boots, but they're still on my fall wish list!! What do you want to add to your wardrobe this season?

Day 193.
American Eagle Silk Button Down $12, American Eagle Skinnies $20, Aldo Booties $18, Forever 21 Scarf $6.50; STEAL!

Day 192.

I'm pretty sure you've seen this outfit before, if not very similar to it, maybe not with the gray jeans. It was weird, because I put on this outfit knowing I wanted to wear the combat boots, and just going from there. It wasn't until I was on my way to school, when I really got into the feeling of this outfit, and was jamming out to some great tunes, and felt a little more hardcore!

Day 191.

As a fashion blogger, to make my name in the world of blogging, I enjoy networking with other bloggers. One of the blogs I follow daily is, Penny Chic , which is a blog founded by Shauna Miller, where she styles outfits daily, entirely head to toe from Walmart. Last week she reached out to her readers, asking if any of us would like to be styled in a few outfits. I volunteered, so here's my first look. Ready for the Emmy Awards red carpet!

Day 190.

Getting in the fall mood, it's getting a little cooler here! I've worn this sweater DOZENS of times, but to give it a totally difference feel I wrapped it, and belted it so it looks like a closed cardigan. The tank top underneath is entirely sequin to add a little glitz!

Day 190.
DKNYC Cardigan $35, Express Sequin Tank $18, American Eagle Skinnies $20, Betsey Johnson Belt $12, Xappeal Fringe Boots $24

Day 189.

I love just about anything that sparkles! I thought this top was actually really dressy, but I really like black and gold with army green, so I tried it on. I think the embellished sleeves give the look just enough girl, but still keep the overall look edgy.

Day 189.
H&M Embellished Tee $27, Sound & Matter Cargo Pants $15, Lulu Purse $7, Madden Girl Booties $35

Day 188.

Not going to lie, I absolutely love this outfit. I was inspired by a girl I saw at school; she was wearing a mini dress, paired with a blazer, and I thought 'oh my gosh,' those are some of my favorite things, they NEED to be together! I felt like even though it's a simple outfit, I think it looks pretty chic, and the gladiator sandals gave it an effortless appeal!

Day 187.

Well a promise is a promise, and I have skipped a couple days, but this is sadly as good as it gets on a Tuesday! Being in class for over eight hours just makes you want to be comfortable all day, when you're getting ready in the morning. Deep down I truly love this knit sweater, and I figured this was probably one of the last times I would get to wear this year, since summer is coming to a close!

Day 187.
Hollister Knit Pullover $9, Aeropostale Brown Tank $13, Bullhead Skinny Jeans $30, Forever 21 Owl Pendant $4.80

Day 186.

I don't really know how this outfit came about, but the stripes just felt right with the maxi skirt. The tan top may have been a random choice, but I think all the black accents helped it all come together.

Day 186.
Forever 21 Striped Top $8.99, Kirra Maxi Skirt $14, Steve Madden Gladiators $30, American Eagle Bead Necklace $7

Day 185.

Off to a concert at the House of Blues in Disneyland, a Hanson concert. Just wanted something simple, cute, and slightly comfortable, because I was going to be standing a long time, and shaking it!! I tucked in this embroidered tank where it cinches, giving my boyfriend jeans the illusion of being a little more high waisted, comfortable strappy sandles, a few bangles and a bright red clutch to add some spice!

Day 185.
Express Embroidered Tank $16, Old Navy Cardigan $12, Express Boyfriend Jeans $12, Aerie Gladiator Sandals $13, Red Clutch $0; Free Gift, SO Bangles $8
