Last Layers of Winter.
I wore this outfit a week ago, when we were hit with yet another cold front, and over the past week - as I’ve been trying to get around to sharing it, it seems that Spring has officially graced us with her presence. So here’s hoping this is that last wintry look that makes it to the blog this season and it’ll be all Spring things from here on out! Wore this look to run some errands last week and definitely took another page out of the Mary Morris (that’s mom if ya’ll aren’t familiar) style playbook; she’s always loved a good sweater/turtleneck combo and what better way to top it off than an all seasons jacket - myself and Mary are always cold so in standard Fashion by Day fashion you can’t go wrong with an extra layer! Found this vintage London Fog trench at Goodwill a few weeks back and just thought the color was too fun to pass up. It’s a bit big for me so may end up on my Poshmark - or may just continue to be the perfect oversized pieces for piling winter layers under.
