Memorial Day Weekend Style. — Fashion, Some Days

Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone! I wore this outfit on Thursday on my day off to run errands and then to hit a couple local breweries with Andrew when he got off work. Just a really casual, fun, Summer look but I also thought this blue and white ensemble would be perfect for a Memorial Day picnic if that's what you have planned! I have had a consecutive three weekends off in a row, so I'll be working all throughout this weekend, and the weather here in Asheville isn't quite cooperating for picnic weather anyways... but if I was planning something off duty you better believe this is what I'd be wearing! You may remember these Banana Republic jeans from this winter look here; I wear them all the time but I felt the length wasn't quite right on me so Thursday morning I took a seam reaper to them to release them, I like the more relaxed feel and they added an extra couple inches to my length. I scooped up these Dolce Vita sneakers from the Nest Boutique before vacation and I think they're such a fun alternative to sandals for Summer fashion and they are super comfortable and cushioned - great for walking around Asheville!
